If you are asking whether a rod cover, holder, tray, bag or other accessory will work with your existing equipment, include the product name and relevant measurements or equipment details.

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days, with up to 5 business days during unusually busy periods.

U.S. standard transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Damaged Fishing Tools

If cutters, pliers, grips, hooks-related tools or other equipment arrives damaged, do not use the product where the damage may create a safety problem. Contact Customer Support and provide photographs where appropriate.

Damaged Bags, Nets & Holders

If stitching, straps, netting, frames, clamps, holders or similar components arrive damaged, retain the item and packaging and contact Customer Support.

For a problem involving a clip-on light, include a description of the issue and whether the problem relates to the light, clip, switch, battery compartment or another component.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 180 days after confirmed delivery. Contact us before sending an item back.

Refunds
