These Terms and Conditions govern transactions between customers and zervelia™ for products purchased through zervelia.com.

Product Information

We aim to accurately describe product size, intended use, materials, included components and relevant compatibility information.

Customers should review the product page before purchase, especially for rod holders, protective covers, chair accessories, bags and other products that may need to fit existing equipment.

Fishing Equipment Compatibility

Fishing rods, reels, chairs, bags and related equipment vary in size and configuration. Unless a product is described as universal, customers should check available measurements or compatibility information before ordering.

Sharp & Pointed Tools

Fishing pliers, line cutters, hook removers and fishing hooks used with these products may present cutting or puncture hazards. Customers are responsible for safe handling, storage and use.

Night Fishing Products

A clip-on fishing light is intended to provide localized illumination. It does not replace suitable lighting, personal flotation equipment or other precautions appropriate for low-light activity near water.

Fish Handling Products

Landing nets and fish grips should be used according to their intended purpose. Customers remain responsible for compliance with fishing laws, species restrictions, catch-and-release requirements and other applicable regulations.

Prices & Order Total

Product price, available discounts, shipping charges, taxes and final order total are displayed through checkout before payment is submitted.

Payment Methods

zervelia™ supports PayPal, Visa, eligible credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay where presented through checkout.

Payment Authorization

By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Transactions may be subject to provider verification and security checks.

Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee final acceptance. Orders may be reviewed for payment authorization, availability, address information and transaction verification.

Processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days. During unusually busy periods, processing may require up to 5 business days.

Shipping

Estimated standard transit after dispatch is generally:

• United States: 10–15 business days
• Canada, United Kingdom and Australia: 11–16 business days
• Other international destinations: 15–20 business days

Tracking

The first visible carrier movement commonly appears approximately 1–3 business days after label creation.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Contact Customer Support as soon as possible if a change or cancellation is required. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment begins.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 180 days after confirmed delivery, subject to the Return & Refund Policy.

Product Condition

Preference-based return eligibility may be affected where fishing tools, bags, nets, holders or accessories show substantial use, corrosion, cutting damage, contamination, modification or misuse after delivery.

Refunds

Once an eligible refund is approved, zervelia™ generally initiates it within 5–10 business days after approval.

Outdoor Conditions

Water, mud, salt, sand, weather, uneven ground and other outdoor conditions can affect fishing equipment. Customers should inspect, clean, dry and store products appropriately after use.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
